Blogs are a great way to bring school and home together. It helps families keep up to date with what children are learning . It shows the wide range of topics and experiences children have access to, as well as seeing how year groups build on previous knowledge and make progress. Our subject leads get to see what is happening in classrooms every day.
Children have been on several community visits including to the Manchester Museum, assemblies have celebrated cultural events like Eid and Black History month, Harvest festival and more.. My child's class have also visited a local recycling plant to learn about issues relating to the environment and sustainability ......Curriculum based assemblies, inclusion of parents and children in celebrations covering, religion, culture, history are just a few examples of how the curriculum is brought to life.

The school is extremely ambitious for pupils, including those with SEND. Pupils benefit from a well-thought-out curriculum which is carefully ordered to help them to know and remember more over time. This broad and balanced curriculum starts in the early years and flows seamlessly to Year 6. OFSTED 2024
